This is a method of pile foundation construction known as the expansion resistance pile method, which improves the vertical load-bearing capacity of piles by excavating the expansion resistance section in a frustum shape using a newACE bucket. An earth drill machine is used for the excavation. 【Features】 ● The excavation method for the shaft section can be selected based on the ground conditions (earth drill, all-casing, reverse). ● Expansion of up to 4.8 meters is possible, with a maximum effective expansion ratio of 4.62. ● Concrete with a maximum design strength of Fc 80 N/mm² can be used. ● Two scrapers ensure accurate measurement of the hole wall. ● The inclination angle of the expansion resistance section is consistently maintained at 12°. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
